Every piece of BitaJewells jewelry is handmade to order in Ottawa, Canada. Please allow time for your piece to be crafted with care before it ships.
Processing Time
- Most orders are made to order and require 5–10 business days of production time before shipping.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping – Canada
- Flat rate: $7 CAD
- Calculated rate: Canada Post (rates calculated at checkout based on your location)
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment
International Shipping – United States
- Flat rate: $12 CAD via ChitChat
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after shipment
International Shipping – Europe
- Calculated rate: Canada Post (rates calculated at checkout)
- We ship to 25 European countries. Rates and delivery times vary by destination.
- Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days after shipment
Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
- BitaJewells is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
