We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@bitajewells.com or submit a request through your customer account. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at info@bitajewells.com if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@bitajewells.com.
United States — Returns follow our standard 14-day policy above. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
Canada — Returns follow our standard 14-day policy above. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal: If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund the purchase price plus the standard outbound shipping cost to your original payment method within 10 business days. Express or upgraded shipping costs are not refunded.
